Summer.
Summer. Summer. My
favorite season ever. For a few reasons...
- My BIRTHDAY!
- No school (which hasn't been the case this summer, however I'm surprisingly okay with that)
- HOT weather, not warm. I love the 100 degree days. Even though it's insanely hot, I love it.
- Tan lines.
- Summer just makes everything right.
This summer I have been working. Which
I love. I love J. Crew,
the clothes, the people, the company.
I go to school, which I also love. I
have learned a lot this summer, and I'm enjoying it. Maybe it's
because I'm only taking two classes? Regardless. It's good.
I have finished every episode of
Gilmore Girls for the 11th time. Yes, I cried like a
little baby during the last episode.
I realized I have a sick shopping
addiction. Therefore I put myself on a budget. Which was going well
until I found these babies...
POLKA DOT JEANS. I NEED THEM. Too bad they are $189.00
I found myself too close to buying an
adorable puppy...
I spent the 4th of July with
my favorite person (this is the 4th year in a row we've
celebrated together.) We watched the fireworks from my deck, and had
an amazing view. The picture doesn't really reflect that but oh well.
I tried to go shopping and found myself
in the middle of a fire.
I have a beautiful list of my birthday
presents... Waiting one week for them is torture...Here are just a few.
I think I have figured out my
major/what I'm going to do with my life. I'm not 100% but it feels
good. Except for the fact that it's going to be hard, really hard,
I'm not sure I'm up for it. So I'm freaking out.
I have fallen in love with Sam
Phillips. If you have never heard her music go listen to it.. It
might sound familiar because she did all the music for Gilmore Girls.
But she really is great.
